Illustrative contract review workflows
These scenarios show where clause-level issue spotting may fit into a legal workflow. They are not customer case studies, measured outcomes, or promises of time savings.
NDA first-pass review
Input: A confidentiality, residuals, return-and-destruction, remedies, or term provision.
Attyflow output: A risk score, issue explanation, and proposed replacement language based on the selected buyer, seller, or mutual position.
Attorney checkpoint: Confirm the transaction context, jurisdiction, protected-information definition, trade-secret treatment, and client playbook before accepting a redline.
Vendor contract clause triage
Input: Individual limitation-of-liability, indemnity, data-protection, renewal, or termination clauses from an MSA or SaaS agreement.
Attyflow output: Consistently formatted clause-level issues that may help counsel decide what to review first.
Attorney checkpoint: Reconcile outputs with the whole agreement, order form, DPA, insurance, commercial leverage, and negotiated exceptions.
M&A clause prioritization
Input: Assignment, change-of-control, exclusivity, MFN, termination, and unusual-liability provisions selected from material contracts.
Attyflow output: A first-pass description of clause risk and a possible issues-list entry.
Attorney checkpoint: Apply the transaction’s materiality threshold, diligence scope, disclosure schedules, consent strategy, and partner review process.
What these workflows do not establish
No full-document conclusion
A clause-level result does not account for definitions, exhibits, incorporated documents, or provisions elsewhere in the agreement.
No customer performance claim
Attyflow does not currently publish verified time-saving metrics, testimonials, or outcome studies.
No privilege guarantee
Organizations must approve the provider, data flow, and use policy for their matters.
No substitute for counsel
An attorney must review the source text, generated explanation, and any proposed redline.
Test a representative clause
Use non-privileged sample text, compare the output with the sample report, and evaluate fit before organizational rollout.
